RUSTICO CHICKEN BURGERS
Ingredients
2 Tbsp. Italian Rustico Seasoning Blend
2 lbs. (.907 kg) ground chicken
1 cup shredded carrots
4 green onions, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. olive oil
6 hamburger buns
BOURBON MAYONNAISE:
½ cup mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. Sweet & Spicy Brown Sugar Bourbon Sauce
Instructions
Combine first 4 ingredients and form into 6 large patties. Brush patties with olive oil. Cook over medium heat in a non-stick skillet, about 7 minutes per side. Serve on buns with Bourbon Mayonnaise. Add your favourite toppings.Serve with your favourite sides such as coleslaw, baked beans, lettuce salad or sweet potato fries.
BOURBON MAYONNAISE:
Combine and spread on burger buns, sandwiches or wraps.
